Season Change Over: Help us get our Center ready for the changing seasons! As the weather changes, so do the needs of the people we serve. We're looking for energetic volunteers to help us transform our clothing ministry from summer to winter—and we promise there's never a dull moment!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Help transport approximately 200 clothing bins between our center and nearby storage units.
- Lift, load, unload, and organize bins so everything is ready for the season ahead.
- Inventory clothing bins and supplies to help us keep accurate records so we know exactly what we have and what we still need.
- Pack and label summer clothing into storage bins and take them to storage.
- Unpack winter clothing and sort it by size, gender, and type.
- Organize folded clothing neatly on shelves. Hang clothing on racks in our men's and women's shopping rooms.
- Help create a clean, organized, and inviting space where guests can shop with dignity.
