What We Do
Lakeshore Community Health Care is a patient-centered medical home. We provide primary and preventive medical, behavioral (mental) health and dental care. New patients are always welcome. We believe everyone has a right to quality health care, regardless of insurance status or income level. Our skilled providers focus on each patients' unique needs.
