Who We Are
Founded in 2022, Lily Hospice is an independently owned healthcare agency dedicated to providing excellence in end-of-life care. We provide services throughout Southeastern Wisconsin including Sheboygan, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties. Our team, comprised of over 50 years of combined hospice experience, includes our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, music therapists and volunteers all coming together to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients.
What We Do
Our mission at Lily Hospice is to treat the whole person - mind, body & spirit - by providing compassionate, person-centered care to those in the final stages of an advanced illness. We strive to meet each individual's specific needs throughout their end-of-life journey. We partner with one's family and caregivers to make the experience more inclusive rather than isolated; and we emphasize quality of life instead of the duration. It is our belief that each person deserves a peaceful, comfortable and dignified transition.
