Dementia Innovations/Livasu

Who We Are

Dementia Innovations’ mission is to embrace those living with dementia through its core pillars: Education, Community Collaboration and Dignity of Risk Lifestyle

What We Do

Livasu is a pioneering community set to make history in Sheboygan County as the first-of-its-kind dementia village in the United States. This groundbreaking project, with similar care concepts to that of the successful Hogeweyk in the Netherlands, is designed to offer a supportive and vibrant environment for individuals living with dementia. Nestled on 79 acres in the Town of Wilson, Livasu will feature 124 thoughtfully designed homes, a range of community amenities, and around the clock care and support, all aimed at preserving autonomy and enhancing the quality of life for its homeowners. Join us as we embark on this transformative journey to create an environment where people with dementia can continue to live as usual, surrounded by support and dignity.
