This groundbreaking project, with similar care concepts to that of the successful Hogeweyk in the Netherlands, is designed to offer a supportive and vibrant environment for individuals living with dementia. Nestled on 79 acres in the Town of Wilson, Livasu will feature 124 thoughtfully designed homes, a range of community amenities, and around the clock care and support, all aimed at preserving autonomy and enhancing the quality of life for its homeowners.
