In celebration of the shared values of Habitat for Humanity Lakeside and Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization-SCIO, Shantytown 2018 seeks to engage the Faithful Youth of Sheboygan County to gather in a Character Building Activity designed to raise funds and Awareness; not only for the cause of Homelessness, but also of the Blessings of Justice, Dignity, Hope, Community, Quality of Life, and HOME.
This event will be an overnight event at Fountain Park in Sheboygan County where groups and individuals will be making shelters out of cardboard and tape to increase awareness to homelessness and poorly housed people of the world and Sheboygan County.
Each team, and individual will be in competition with one another to raise money to bring awarness to housing and support Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization and Habitat for Humanity Lakeside. Awards will be provided to top team fundraiser and top individual fundraiser!
Once you are registered we will send you a packet of information, a waiver, and a pledge sheet!
