Volunteer Opportunities From: Volunteer Center of Sheboygan County

Join us for a weekend of horses and classic carriages. Wade House Carriage Driving Days is seeking volunteers to help present one of the premier Carriage Driving Competitions in the state. 

Volunteers are needed July 10, 11, and 12, 2026 in a variety of posts including cone setters, score keepers, please pace spotters and more. 

Morning, afternoon, and all day shifts are available. 

Volunteers will be taught needed skills or information.

Volunteers receive free admission to the event after their shift.

Wade House Historic Site in Greenbush has openings for gardeners in our historic garden.

Volunteers will help create and care for the garden at the Wade House Stagecoach Inn, including flowers, vegetables, and heirloom plants.

Our programming includes School Tours, Public Tours, Historic Interpretation, Maintenance, Grounds Projects, Office Projects, Sewing, Gift Shop, and Special Events. 

If you are looking for an on-going volunteer opportunity or would be interested in helping for a single day special event, we have opportunities for you. 

We offer indoor and outdoor programs in a fun environment.
