Day of the dead / Dia de los muertos

Dia de los Muertos, Nov. 2, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.: 4 volunteers needed at all times. Celebrate Day of the Dead with dance performance and dance lessons with The Dance Academy of Mexico from Milwaukee at 2pm in the Teen Center. Throughout the afternoon enjoy a variety of craft activities including sugar skull making and mini-altars and watch a live demonstration on how to make the famous paper banners, mask and flower crowns, and face-painting. Volunteers are needed to help with craft activities, crowd control, handing out surveys, counting participants and set-up/clean-up
