Kohler-Andrae State Park will be participating in the state-wide Work*Play*Earth Day event. Volunteers are being sought to clear brush from roadways and campsites, clear sand from trails and parking lots and pick up litter.
Volunteers should wear work shoes/boots, long pants, gloves and bring shovels, rakes and wheelbarrows if they have them.
Individual and group efforts are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants are asked to meet at the indoor shelter in the north campground for group assignments. Noon refreshments will be provided.
Park admission is free for those volunteering.
