We are Farmily. We are a team of dedicated individuals that let our commitment to our community lead us to supporting, advocating, and helping our population grow and achieve their highest potential.

Play - Connect - Grow Our Mission & Vision: We envision a world where every individual has a safe place and basic needs. We provide mental and behavioral health services and layered supports to individuals and families of all ages. We integrate whole-body needs into our treatment programs with healthy food programs, community outreach, sensory experiences, and physical exercise. We also distribute essential daily living items to individuals within our local communities. Our work allows us together, to create space for individual growth and shared experience that inform, connect, engage, and inspire through trauma informed compassionate care.
