Every year we accept applications, evaluate those applications based on set criteria and then make a reasonable plan for home repair.
The behind-the-scenes planning is accomplished by our board and committees, who perform the following tasks:
- Adminstrative organization
- House selection and background checks
- Marketing and public relations
- Skilled trade expertise and coordination
- Event planning
Rebuilding Together - Sheboygan County is a local affliate of a national organization dedicated to revitalizing communities by ensuring its low-income homeowners are warm, safe and dry in their residences.
Once a year the organization partners with local businesses and other groups and hundreds of volunteers to repair homes of eligible applicants as part of National Rebuilding Together Day.
Our group is run by an all-volunteer board and committees. We are looking for volunteers to join these committees and leadership positions.
