Who We Are
The Literacy Council helps adults who want to improve their reading, writing, and English speaking skills so they can achieve their goals for work, education, family life, and community involvement.
We train caring community volunteers to provide free one-on-one tutoring for motivated adult learners across Sheboygan County.
What We Do
The Literacy Council strengthens our community by providing free English language tutoring to Sheboygan County area adults. We are dedicated to helping any Sheboygan area adult who wants either to work on basic English skills or to learn English as another language. Our student-centered methods reduce barriers and get results.
