The faculty and staff are dedicated to offering a challenging academic curriculum interwoven with virtue development, leadership potential, and meaningful service. With character, scholarship, citizenship, and responsibility as core values, we work to prepare students to be successful in future educational endeavors and to fulfill their role as valuable, contributing members of society.

Sheboygan Leadership Academy fosters excellence and ethics in a unique 4K-8 public charter school environment. It provides a comprehensive curriculum in all core subject areas as well as Spanish, music, art, and physical education with a particular emphasis on Virtue Development and authentic Service Learning.
