Partners for Community Development, Inc.

We are a nonprofit housing services provider and a housing development company. Partners is one of the 25 Weatherization Operators for the State of Wisconsin. With continuing growth, a strong record of achievement and over 40 years of experience, Partners provides housing services to the eastern Wisconsin counties of Northern Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Kewaunee, and Door.

Partners for Community Development, Inc. (P4CD), provides a comprehensive range of high-quality home rehabilitation and energy conservation services to the community, delivered by a team of directly employed trade professionals. Partners also provides opportunities for minorities and the disadvantaged to achieve social and economic independence through our social services programs.
