Help Lead Seated Exercise Sessions at Sheboygan Senior Community
Do you enjoy uplifting others and bringing joyful movement into someone’s day? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lead 30‑minute seated exercise sessions for our assisted living residents!
These sessions are fully seated and can be done with or without weights — perfect for anyone who wants to help our residents stay active, engaged, and smiling.
What can you lead?
- Pretty much anything that’s safe and seated!
- Want to guide the exercises we already do? Wonderful!
- Love seated yoga? Our residents would too!
- Interested in cardio drumming? Let’s do it!
- If you’re excited to lead it, we’d love to hear from you and get you on the schedule.
Session Time: 10:00 AM Days Needed: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
