Who We Are
Sheboygan Senior Community (SSC) is a non-profit, faith-based rehabilitation, skilled nursing and assisted living facility in the town of Sheboygan, providing social, spiritual, and health-related senior care. We are home to seniors needing care in our assisted living, long-term nursing care, and short-term rehabilitation care.
Our facility allows for more of a home-like environment vs an institution-like environment, as well as, allow for greater flexibility and choice for residents to live safely and comfortably. Come visit us today!
What We Do
We provide nursing care for our residents, but just as importantly, we help them live an enjoyable and meaningful life in their golden years. Volunteers help us create special moments for our residents by spending time visiting, playing a game, helping with a church service or other activity program, or sharing your own wonderful talents with us! Volunteers are an essential part of our culture!
