Sheboygan Senior Community is looking for friendly volunteers to spend time with our residents at our stocked catch-and-release pond!
We have everything you need—fishing poles, lures, and nets—all we're missing is you. Whether you're an experienced angler or just enjoy being outdoors, this is a wonderful opportunity to make meaningful memories while sharing the simple joy of fishing with our residents.
Spend an hour or two by the water, helping residents cast a line, swap stories, enjoy good conversation, and maybe even reel in a few fish! Your companionship and kindness can make a lasting impact and create special moments our residents will cherish.
Volunteer Requirements:
· Enjoy spending time with older adults
· Comfortably assisting residents while fishing
· Comfortable safely pushing a wheelchair
· Complete a background check and brief orientation
Come help us create smiles, laughter, and memorable fishing adventures—one cast at a time!

The fish may be released, but the memories made will last a lifetime.
