We are looking for caring volunteers to spend an hour or two walking with our residents around the beautiful pond at our facility.
Enjoy the fresh air while helping residents get outdoors and stay active. As you stroll along our flat, paved path, you'll have the opportunity to get to know our residents, hear their stories, share conversations, and brighten their day. Your time and companionship can make a meaningful impact!
Volunteer Requirements:
- Comfortable safely pushing a wheelchair outdoors for an extended period
- Able to commit an hour or more for each visit
- Complete a background check and brief orientatio
