Rock the Block is a neighborhood revitalization event organized by Habitat for Humanity Lakeside, along with several community partners, that provides affordable financing for exterior home repairs and community projects in a designated neighborhood. Our 2022 Rock the Block event will take place in Sheboygan's Gateway Neighborhood. Volunteers must be available to work the full day. Upon arrival, you will be given a t-shirt to wear for the day and attend a morning kick-off meeting where you’ll learn about the projects for the day. You will be assigned a project site and crew leader. Projects include fence repairs, porch repairs, installing hand railings, painting, and yard work.
