Help keep the campfires burning! Join us at Camp Anokijig as we split, stack, and organize firewood that will be used throughout the year for campfires, outdoor programs, and special events.
Whether you're experienced with splitting wood or just willing to lend a hand, there's a job for everyone. Volunteers will help split logs, stack firewood, move wood to storage areas, etc.. It's a great opportunity to spend time outdoors, meet fellow Anokijig supporters, and make a tangible impact on the camp experience for thousands of campers and guests.
What to Bring:
Work gloves (optional. Camp will provide to anyone without)
Closed-toe shoes or boots
Weather-appropriate clothing you don't mind getting dirty
Sunscreen
We'll provide the tools, equipment, and plenty of appreciation. Please leave your power tools at home!
Every stack of firewood you help prepare means more campfires, more s'mores, more stories, and more memories for campers throughout the year. Thank you for helping keep the Anokijig tradition burning bright!
