Help Residents Get to Activities!
Love live music and meaningful moments? Sheboygan Senior Community is looking for cheerful volunteers to assist residents in getting to and from our many music programs. Most residents use wheelchairs, and your help getting them to and from the performance space makes all the difference.
Events typically happen on weekday mornings or afternoons, with occasional Tuesday evenings. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to chat, share stories, and brighten someone’s day. During the performance, feel free to sit back and enjoy the music yourself!
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, joyful volunteers who enjoy spending time with older adults
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort with walking and pushing wheelchairs in a large building
- Willingness to complete a background check and brief orientation
This is a simple way to make a big impact—and enjoy some great tunes while you're at it.
