Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee volunteer activities within The Production Farm.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various roles.
- Maintain volunteer schedules and ensure coverage for essential tasks.
- Act as a liaison between volunteers and the organization's leadership.
- Ensure volunteers are engaged and motivated in their roles.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance.
- Assist in developing volunteer programs and policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Previous volunteer coordination experience is a plus but not required.
